Shipping Times

Orders under $50 ship for a $5 flat rate with Fast 3-Day Shipping. Orders over $50 qualify for Fast & Free 3-Day Shipping.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends process the next business day. Shipments outside the continental U.S. may take longer.

Processing Times

Processing time is how long it takes to pick, pack, and ship your order. The typical time is 1 business day in addition to shipping time.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, HammerHead is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. HammerHead is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Shipping to California

Due to California Energy Commission regulations, shower heads shipped to California must not exceed a flow rate of 1.8 GPM.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. International customers can purchase through our Amazon Storefront, where Amazon offers international shipping for eligible items. Additional fees and duties may apply.
