What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.
Effective September 2020, we are now also accepting select Cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. Payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce, one of the leaders in payments via digital currencies.
What are our shipping times?
At The Shower Head Store, we offer the following shipping times to best accommodate your shopping needs.
Expedited Shipping: All orders over $50 shipping inside of the continental United States include FREE Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping takes between 2-3 days from the time the order is placed.
Standard Shipping: All orders under $50 ship via Standard Shipping with a flat fee of $5. Standard Shipping takes between 5-7 days from the time the order is placed.
For orders over $50 that are not inside of the continental United States, including PO Boxes, we provide FREE Standard Shipping but shipping times may take longer than 5-7 days.
Priority Shipping: We understand that sometimes you need your items as fast as possible. That is why we also offer a Priority Shipping upgrade for an additional $15, available at checkout. Priority Shipping takes between 1-2 days from the time the order is placed.
Please note that if an order is placed after 2pm PST, or over the weekend, shipment processing times will not go in effect until the following business day.

What are our processing times?
The Processing Time is the time it takes for our team to Pick, Pack and Ship your item. Certain products are stocked by our vendors, which may require additional processing time. Transparency is essential to our core values, which is why we'll inform you if your order is subject to a longer Processing Time.
The typical processing time is 1 Day and is in addition to shipping times.
For orders placed after 2pm PST, processing times are effective the following day.
How do I track my order status?
After each order, you will receive an email confirming your order. That's why it's important to enter your email with your order! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an additional email with all of your tracking details.
Can't find the email containing your order information? Send us an email to email@example.com. We'll get you that info right away!
If it's after hours, simply connect with Mia the Chatbot on our website to pinpoint your order status information. All you need is your order number or email address and shipping zip code. You'll have all of your order info right on the spot!
Do you ship to California?
Shower heads shipping to California must meet strict flow requirements and be registered with the California Energy Commission.
Shower heads that exceed 1.8 GPM in flow will not ship to California. Below is a list of the products that are eligible for shipping to California.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship inside of the United States and its territories. If you'd like one of our products shipping internationally, you can buy directly from our Amazon.com Storefront where many goods are available for international shipping via Amazon's exporting program. (Additional Shipping Fees and Duties may apply.)

We now offer select products in Canada! Check out our Canadian selection to see what ships to you.

Do you offer pre-sale orders of products that are new or out of stock?
Yes, we do. Since our products are so high in demand, sometimes there is trouble staying in stock. Due to a high level or requests to take pre-orders, we moved from just compiling a list of customers interested in the product when it became available and began taking pre-sale orders.
Pre-sale orders are for items that are either temporarily out of stock or are new products that have yet to launch. By placing a pre-sale order, you are acknowledging that you are willing to wait until the product comes into stock in order for it to ship.
Pre-sale shipping times are just estimates and are prone to change. We do our best to keep all shipping dates as accurate as possible on our website. If you have specific questions about in-stock dates, please reach our customer service team.
All pre-sale orders must be paid in full in order to guarantee a unit of inventory. Some of these products are our best-sellers and they are shipped on a first come, first served basis.
Returns are allowed for pre-sale orders and, as all products on our site, are eligible for our 30-day return policy from the time of delivery. Should you want to request a return before the order is fulfilled, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. What is our return policy?

Do the products we sell come with warranties?
We sell a range of brands from Moen to HammerHead Showers, all which have different Warranties based on the product type. For more information, please refer to this article.
Do we sell wholesale?
Yes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your Wholesale Inquiry and we can discuss getting you the best pricing for your job.
How do I leave a review?
The Shower Head Store Purchases
If you bought one of our products from The Shower Head Store, you just go to the product listing that you bought, scroll down to the review section, click "Write a Review" button and follow the prompts on the page. AND, if you leave a photo review, you get a $10 Voucher to anything at The Shower Head Store.
If you bought one of our products from Amazon, you would just go to your account, order history, find the product that you bought from us and click "Write a product review." Please make sure that you leave a Product Review. There is also the option to leave Seller Feedback, but that is less visible to customers. The Product Review is what shows up on the Amazon product listing.
