Sprite SLC Inline Shower Filter Cartridge

Sprite SLC Inline Shower Filter Cartridge Review

It's recommended that you replace your cartridge every 6 months or up to 10,000 Gallons for optimal filtration. However, depending on the quality of water and number of people in your household, we'd recommend replacing the cartridge every 3 months. A key sign of your filter getting old is if your water pressure begins to decrease, which is caused by sediment clogging the filter.

Sprite's SLC Shower Filter Cartridge Replacement is compatible with Sprite's Slim-Line and All-In-One filtered shower head models.

Sprite SLC Inline Shower Filter Cartridge Features

Long Lasting Filter: Filter is effective for 6 months or up to 10,000 Gallons. That's the equivalent of 800, 5-minute showers! When it's time to change, simply replace the cartridge inside with a fresh one by unscrewing the front of the shower head. (Cartridge Model # SLC)

Chlorgon Filtration Media: The only non-carbon filtering media to remove Free Chlorine (CI), Combine Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite), Hydrogen Sulfide (Rotten Egg Smell), Iron Oxide (Rust Water), Dirt/Sediment and Odors, all while being Ph balanced.

Dial-A-Date Filter Replacement Indicator: No more forgetting when it's time to replace your shower filter. The built in dial on the face of the inline shower filter makes it easy to remember what month you need to replace your filter.

NSF Certified: The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) is one of the most respected independent product testing organizations to ensure that manufacturers meet strict standards imposed by NSF for the safety and health of consumers.

How To Install A Sprite Inline Shower Head Filter

  1. Unscrew the front part of the inline filter where the cartridge is stored. (You do not need to remove the unit from the shower pipe.)
  2. Pull out the old filter.
  3. Lubricate the black o-rings with vaseline, using a q-tip as an applicator.
  4. Insert the new cartridge with the indentation facing towards the wall. (It's fool-proof. You can only install one way.)
  5. Reattach the filter case/showerhead.
