Shipping Policy


At The Shower Head Store, we offer the following Shipping Times to best accommodate your shopping needs.

Free 2-Day Shipping - FREE 2-Day Shipping is applied on all orders shipping to the Contiguous 48 States. (P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2-Day Shipping.) 

Free Standard Shipping (4-6 Days) - All orders that do not qualify for 2-Day Shipping will be shipped using Standard Shipping Methods. (This includes P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other US Territories.)

1-Day Priority Shipping (1-2 Days) - Most orders are available for 1 Day Shipping. The additional cost will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Varies) - The Shower Head Store provides international shipping to select countries. Please email us at to check if we ship to your country before placing your order and we will be happy to help.


Processing Times

Most products have a 1-2 day Processing Time, allowing us to pick, pack and ship your order. This is in addition to the stated Shipping Times.

If for any reason our Processing Time will run longer, we will immediately contact you to determine if you'd like to proceed with the order.

Return Policy


Do you accept Returns?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee! Whether your finish doesn't match your design or the product doesn't work for you, we'll issue a full refund back to the Credit Card or PayPal Account you used to make your purchase.. We simply require that the product has not been used and is returned with all of its components in the original packaging.


How do I Return my order for a Refund?

Simply email us at stating that you would like to Return your order, and we'll get you set up with an RMA Number and the Return Shipping Address. You are responsible for the cost of Return Shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong product was delivered or there was some other error on our behalf.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once the product(s) is received back and inspected, the full refund will be issued.


Are there restocking fees for Returns?

No, we do not charge Restocking Fees. However, you are responsible for Return Shipping and the initial cost of Shipping is non-refundable.
